Dr. Matthew Platt

Dr. Matthew Platt is a 2008 graduate of the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. After graduation from the University of Iowa in 2001 with a B.A. in Marketing, he lived in West Des Moines, where he worked for Patterson Dental Supply Company. He learned the trades on the products and also how to set up and office. In 2003 Dr. Matt and his family worked hand in hand to design and develop a business plan for opening this dental practice in Grimes. Dr. Matt brought the contacts, Dr. Jen brought the design ideas, and Dr. Mark brought the experience. Together they fell in love with the community and could see the need for a new dental practice.

Dr. Platt lives in Dallas Center with his family. Dr. Platt together with his wife Betsy have three children: Caleb, Adelyn, and Asher. Matt has truely fulfilled a dream of working the the family business that he has been around for the better part of his life. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, frequenting parks with the kids, relaxing at the lake, and Hawkeye sporting events. Go Hawks!
